  • Be an Australian resident or hold a valid student visa.
  • Have a verifiable income source (including part-time/casual work).

2. Loan Services

  • Loan Types: We offer car and personal loans exclusive for students and valid visa holders.
  • Accuracy: You must provide truthful, complete information in your application.
  • Approval: All loans are subject to credit assessment and eligibility checks.

3. Interest Rates & Fees

  • Rates: Flexible interest rates based on your application.
  • Fees: May include establishment fees (clearly disclosed in your loan agreement).
  • Changes: Rate changes will be notified in writing with 30 days’ notice.

4. Repayments

  • Schedule: Payments are due weekly, fortnightly, or monthly (as agreed).
  • Missed Payments: Late fees apply. Persistent defaults may affect your credit rating.
  • Flexibility: Payment pauses during exams may be available (conditions apply).

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Insurance: You must maintain comprehensive insurance for financed vehicles.
  • Vehicle Use: Loans are for personal/educational use only (no commercial fleets).
  • Communication: Update us promptly if your contact or financial details change.

6. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We may share data with:

  • Credit reporting bodies.
  • Regulatory authorities (e.g., ASIC).

7. Dispute Resolution
